Halloween in a Rich Neighborhood: Park Slope Brooklyn NY is a brownstone neighborhood that has come into vogue of late. Forgetting about its trendy and cliché left of center politics, its homes are beautiful, the adjoining Prospect Park is perhaps the most wondrous in New York City and it's Halloween celebration is an example of tasteful family fun. As you walk to the park, you are taken by the festive nature of the homes. Prospect Park itself is a blow away in the Fall and the walk back displays even more holiday decor. In the evening, the residents come out for a Halloween show that is the most festive in Brooklyn. Being good sports, dogs love wearing their own costumes. They're the best good sports of all.
